Checking the “SUBMIT” box authorizes an electronic debit in the amount of the Grand Total shown in the shopping cart.  This withdrawal will be processed using the regular banking system.  If your payment is returned unpaid, you will be charged a returned item fee up to the maximum allowed by law.  If you have any questions at any time, you may call us as 813-720-7707 during *business hours.  Do you authorize the Transaction?  (check “Yes”).

All purchases are subject to the terms below and credit card authorization before your order is valid. We reserve the right to cancel or change orders that do not meet these terms. Our Shopping Cart does NOT limit orders that fail to meet these terms, it is the Customer’s responsibility to correctly apply these terms when ordering.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem, we do expect you to return back a majority of the meal(s) ordered for us to analyze and correct the problem.  With that said, if you have a problem with one of our products please call our store to let us know the details.  We do not warrant problems outside our control (i.e. you don’t like the meal, or flavor you chose, bananas turn dark, etc.), but if there is a problem within our control expect us to “make it right.”  We offer in-store credit for the product you purchased, which can be re-ordered at a later date.

PLEASE NOTE: Banana’s are not preserved in any way and will turn dark.  We make a point to tell Customers up-front so they can select another flavor if they choose to do so.  If you select bananas in your meal, please be aware that there will be NO REFUNDS or ADJUSTMENTS whatsoever!

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, we offer in-store credit ONLY, for the full amount paid. No exceptions.

and Sundays 2:00pm – 12:00am.  We are closed on Sundays from 9:00am – 2pm and major holidays.

FOOD ALLERGIES

The eight most common food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts), fish (like bass, cod, flounder), shellfish (including crab, lobster and shrimp), soy and wheat. Please be advised that some meals may contain these allergens. We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering your meal(s). If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order. Furthermore, if your allergy is moderate to severe we cannot recommend Mama Rose meals for you.
